Ode to Bears...

So you have heard me mention many times the bears in Alaska is a concern for me. I can honestly say that I'm not affraid of much...spiders, earthquakes, and.......BEARS. Course back in Seattle, that's not a concern. Ever since I came up here and see headlines like "Grizzly hit by car on Northern Lights Rd" (That's a main road around here by the way) or "Rogue Black Bear causing problems already" and "Teenage girl mauled by Grizzly running marathon"...I have issues with that. Summer is arriving here in Anchorage and already the bears are making headlines again. Just to prove my point to you who think I'm overly paranoid and riddled with fear, I've found some pictures that people have been taking around town..take a look for yourself..then tell me I'm overly paranoid...
