Lance Armstrong....almost...

It's that time of year...finally! I love to ride my bike...and the snow is gone so it's time to break out some wheels. Last weekend was our first ride of the season and it was perfect. We met up with some friends and headed out to a mountain trail for a ride. It was a five mile ride and it was so incredibly beautiful, much more than I expected. I have also been riding my bike to work which is a nice 13 mile ride round trip! I know, amazing right??? Well, the first day I rode I was so excited...then when my legs started to burn and I could barely walk after we reached our destination, I began to wonder! But, I stuck it out and it's been great. The trail rides along the ocean and it's like nothing you can imagine. I will post some pictures soon.
Today is Mother's day and guess what I got??? Some amazing flowers and a card from my two precious kitties. YES, that counts! I'm still a momma to them you know! We are heading out to get our hanging flower baskets today and I can't wait...post some pics in the next few days.
