Sunsets in Anchorage

One of the most amazing things about Anchorage is the sunrises and sunsets. Last night I was sitting at the park practicing my song I have to sing tomorrow at church and I just sat in total awe at this picture. You have to know that pictures almost never truly capture the beauty of in person but you can see where this was just an amazing setting. People so easily complain about the darkness and coldness of winter here, but I have found this incredible peace and serenity in the winters here.
