Some of you know that I recently joined the praise and worship team at church. It was so exciting but super scary when it came time to get up on stage and DO IT. Yesterday was awesome..once I got up there, I totally forgot about people and just sang. I didn't even mind that I messed up words, it was just what I was meant to do and it felt good. After that, Travis and I went 4 wheeling out in the boonies. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G..It was about 0 degrees, maybe a little colder, we got all suited up and went out in the middle of the mountains near this glacier that I can't remember the name of to save my life but who cares right? We rode all over the hills and in this huge open area but the best part of all this..was it was just us out there. Not a soul in sight..I can't totally put into words the serenity and peace out there but I added a few pics so you TRY and capture what I fully soaked in. The best part about this day was when he said "Here, take my machine and go crazy with it..." So, most of you know this was like a free pass to disneyland for me! I spun out and was on my way to crazy..Driving in the snow is so fun cause you're just all over the place and doing brodies. I decide to do this full brody when I catch a patch of sand and the bike tips up on two wheels and throws me from the bike and screaming like a total girl!!! How EMBARRASSING!!! Travis came running and I wanted to just die. After that I let him drive..all in all, that was a perfect day.
My life is full of stories that my friends love for me to share and usually are hysterical at my expense. But hey..whatever it takes to make people laugh right? My life has been nothing short of a good adventurous book that at times you can't put down, good laughs, tears, and so much more. I live up in the great North where the saying "the odds are good, but the goods are odd" rings too true. I came from the Seattle area where I have lived most of my life and while there is a vast difference between the two, there is a serenity I find here that I have never had back home. I love my family deeply, love friends ferociously, and love God more than words can describe. Welcome to my blog..happy reading friends..
