Spring...Summer..Oh yeah

So, that last blog got a little messed up. I had a whole story about spring and
the trip to Seward we just went on...and then it just posted the duck. My
apologies followers...Basically, spring and summer are HERE! My flower baskets
are probably the best in the whole city I'm sure..It's beautiful in Alaska and
the outdoor activities have began. We have been going to Luke's (Rich's nephew)
Tball games. There is nothing funnier than watching 4,5, and 6 yr olds playing
baseball. When one is up to bat all the rest are in the field doing different
things..ie..drawing in the dirt, putting dirt in their hat, dancing, picking
grass..etc...Then, when the ball is hit-all 25 of them run in the same
direction of the ball and pile on top of each other trying to get it. If you
want entertainment...go to a toddler Tball game.
A few weeks ago we went to Rich's sister's cabin again and then spent one day
down in Seward. We took his nephew to the Sea Life Center and went through the
town. Weather was perfect and it was a great start to the summer season. Last
weekend Rich and I went for a long drive in the mountains when I see this dog
coming out of the woods by the road..it was when it hopped on to it's hind legs
that I realized that was no FIDO..it was a bear! Pretty cool actually cause we
were in the car so I was not freaked. This last week I was in Seattle for work
and then Rich came down and we spent some fun time there and then in
Leavenworth. Stay tuned for that...
